Lead Pastor
Jason and Carmen Neely
Pastor Jason and Carmen Neely have been the lead Pastors of Rivers Church since August of 2013.

Pastor Jason was born and raised in Cedaredge, CO as a preachers kid and at the end of High School his family moved to Colorado Springs where his Dad served as the Rocky Mountain Ministry Network Superintendent. He then attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University where he has since earned his Bachelors in Church Ministries and later his Masters Degree in Theological Studies and a M.Div-Master of Divinity. He is Ordained with the Assemblies of God and has served in multiple Network leadership positions including Family Camp Director, Youth Sectional Rep, Presbyter, West Slope Executive Presbyter and Network Mens Ministries Director. He enjoys reading, working on classic cars and being in the mountains.
Carmen was born in Oklahoma and, after a short stint in Colorado, was raised as a Missionary Kid in Africa in the countries of Sierra Leone, Lesotho and South Africa. Her exciting childhood gave her a great love for travel. Planning trips with the family is her favorite hobby. She always has a plan for the next fun day trip or vacation. Carmen is Ordained with the Assemblies of God and is currently serving as a sectional committeeman. She serves Rivers Church in Women’s and Church Ministries.
Together, Pastor Jason and Carmen have a son and a daughter, Judah and Jenna, who both love and serve the Lord and their Church. They all enjoy traveling together to as many places as possible. They are proud West Slopers and truly enjoy living in their beloved Delta County.
Children's Pastor
Kaci Downey
Kaci is a wife, mom of 1 daughter and 4 dogs, and Credentialed Pastor in the Assemblies of God. Kaci has served the Rocky Mountain Ministry Network as a Regional Youth Director and currently serves as a Youth Camp Director. She strives to create connections between the Bible and everyday life for children of all ages. Kaci grew up in Delta and has a love for its community. She loves to spend time outdoors with her family and enjoys riding motorcycles in her spare time.
Youth Associate
Ian Downey
Ian is Delta born and raised and knows the needs of the youth in this community. He is in the process of getting Credentialed in the Assemblies of God, and is thrilled to provide God's Word to local teenagers. Ian enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, especially outside under Colorado skies.
Senior's Pastor
Linda Meek
Linda is a wife, mother, grandmother of 10, great grandmother of 10. She is Credentialed and also has education in substance abuse counseling. Linda is Pastor to the Seniors of the Church. She loves to teach the Bible and take her group on fun outings and enjoy life.
Office Manager
Cindy Davis
Cindy has worked at Rivers Church from 2005-2011 and returned September of 2012. Cindy and her husband Kevin were high school sweethearts and were married right after high school graduation. Cindy is our Fine Arts Coordinator and has had the privilege of helping so many students in their God-given talents! The Davis's have 3 grown kids and 5 amazing grandkids. Cindy and Kevin love the outdoors, traveling, and watching their grandkids in various sports activities.
